IZARRA Liqueur 48 48% - 70cl
Created in 1906 in Hendaye by pharmacist and botanist Joseph Grattau, IZARRA is the iconic liqueur of the Basque Country. The distillate, made from plants and spices and a double maceration of prunes and walnut husks, is combined with Armagnac after distillation in a copper still to produce a result faithful to the original recipe.
Izarra 48 extends Izarra Vert’s botanical signature, taking its aromatic intensity further. The addition of cognac brings depth and length on the palate, while mandarin spirit brings freshness on the finish
