Order validation is the process that triggers the preparation of your parcel for shipping. Unless exceptional circumstances apply, the products offered on the website are in stock. They can then be shipped within 2 to 3 days of payment. Your order is delivered by GLS.
Security
With GLS, your order is delivered Monday to Friday between 9h and 12h, in person and against signature. If you are absent or your parcel cannot be delivered (no concierge, etc.), you will receive a delivery notice indicating the date and address where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of ID
From the date shown on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your parcel. After this period, it will automatically be returned to the sender.
