Cognacs & Armagnacs

Discover Paulet’s iconic products: Cognacs and Cognac Liqueurs.
Founded in 1848 in Jarnac on an estate that has been producing cognac since 1761, Paulet upholds traditional expertise and is one of the oldest Cognac houses.

Paulet cognacs are made from wines primarily produced from Ugni Blanc grapes and distilled in Charentais pot stills using the traditional method, with lees distillation for added richness. Aged in Limousin oak barrels, they develop a fine, balanced aromatic profile. The house offers two cognacs: Fine Champagne VS and Fine Champagne VSOP, made exclusively from eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne, crus renowned for their finesse and excellent aging potential.

Paulet Cognac Liqueurs are the result of a partnership between Paulet cognac and VEDRENNE’s liqueur-making expertise in Nuits-Saint-Georges. They combine the power of cognac with the smoothness of fruit in a contemporary, refined expression. The range includes three varieties: Pear, Orange & Mandarin, and Coffee.

Discover Clés des Ducs Armagnacs.
The history of Clés des Ducs Armagnacs is intertwined with that of Armagnac in Gascony, a rugged, passionate land rooted in a tradition of nobility and elegance. The first eaux-de-vie appeared there as early as the 15th century. It all began in the heart of Gers, in the village of Panjas. It was in Panjas, a small village north of Nogaro (Gers). Above all, Armagnac is an artisanal product, made in small quantities by winegrowers and artisan producers (merchants) who carry on a long-standing tradition. The diversity of the terroirs and grape varieties gives this eau-de-vie a rich, varied character, closely connected to nature and the people who make it.
