Paulet cognacs are made from wines primarily produced from Ugni Blanc grapes, distilled in Charentais pot stills using the traditional method, with lees distillation for added richness. Aged in Limousin oak barrels, they develop a fine, balanced aromatic profile. Cognac Fine Champagne VSOP "Noble Voyage" is made exclusively from eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne, crus renowned for their finesse and excellent aging potential.
