LE PARFUMEUR Gin 40% - 70cl

Ingredients

• 1 measure LE PARFUMEUR Gin
• 3 measures tonic water with fine, light bubbles
• rosebud or mandarin zest

Method

1. Chill your glass beforehand.
2. Add ice cubes to the 2/3 of the glass, then pour in the gin and tonic.
3. Garnish with a dried rosebud or mandarin zest.

Ingredients

• 25 ml IZARRA 48 Liqueur
• 20 ml SALERS Gin
• 25 ml VEDRENNE Apricot Liqueur
• 20 ml fresh lime juice

Method

1. Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice, and chill for about 15 seconds.
2. Strain the contents through a julep strainer.
3. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on a decorative pick.

Ingredients

• 30 ml VEDRENNE Bergamot Liqueur
• 30 ml LE PARFUMEUR Gin
• 40 ml camomille infusion
• 20 ml grapefruit juice
• 20 ml VEDRENNE Lavender Syrup
• 30 ml verjuice
• 3 drops bitter grapefruit

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake for a few seconds.
2. Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass filled with ice cubes.
3. Garnish as desired.
