Our VEDRENNE Bergamot Liqueur is made from bergamots picked when ripe in Calabria. The bergamots are then macerated in quarters according to a traditional recipe that preserves all the fruit’s aromatic qualities. After a few weeks of maceration, the infusion is ready and the liqueur can be made.

- 40 ml VEDRENNE Bergamot Liqueur
- 20 ml VEDRENNE Elderflower Liqueur
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml aracia honey
- 3 drops lemon bitter
- 20 ml aquafaba or egg white
Method
- Add all the ingredients and an ice cube to a shaker to perform a dry shake.
- Then fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake for a few seconds.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass through a cocktail strainer.
- Garnish the glass with a drop of lemon bitters and a lemon twist.
- Garnish with a drop of lemon bitter and a lemon zest.
