ELDER BLOOM

Ingredients

• 40 ml VEDRENNE Bergamot Liqueur
• 20 ml VEDRENNE Elderflower Liqueur
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml aracia honey
• 3 drops lemon bitter
• 20 ml aquafaba or egg white

Method

1. Step 1 Add all the ingredients and an ice cube to a shaker to perform a dry shake.
2. Step 2 Then fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake for a few seconds.
3. Step 3 Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass through a cocktail strainer.
4. Step 4 Garnish the glass with a drop of lemon bitters and a lemon twist.
5. Step 5 Garnish with a drop of lemon bitter and a lemon zest.
