Ingredients

• 45 ml gin
• 25 ml lime juice
• 10 ml VEDRENNE Supercassis - 20%
• 10 ml VEDRENNE Rose Liqueur - 18%
• 2 dashes lavender bitter
• 20 ml egg white

Method

1. Step 1 Shake all the ingredients.
2. Step 2 Strain into a pre-iced cocktail glass.
3. Step 3 Garnish with an orange twist.
