Supercassis VEDRENNE Crème de Cassis 20% - 70cl

Ingredients

• 60 ml VEDRENNE Supercassis - 20%.
• 90 ml sparking wine
• 30 ml sparkling water

Method

1. Prepare directly in a large wine glass filled with ice.
2. Garnish with orange zest.

• 30 ml lime juice

1. Shake all the ingredients.
2. Serve in a glass full of ice.

• 10 ml VEDRENNE Rose Liqueur - 18%
• 2 dashes lavender bitter
• 20 ml egg white

Method

1. Shake all the ingredients.
2. Strain into a pre-iced cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with an orange twist.
