NITRO COFFEE

Ingredients

• INGREDIENTS OF THE COFFEE SYRUP :
• 100 ml VEDRENNE Sugar Cane Syrup
• 100 ml cold brew coffee
• INGREDIENTS OF THE NITRO COFFEE :
• 20 ml the “Coffee Syrup” recipe
• 250 ml Nitro coffee
• Ice cubes

Method

1. Step 1 PREPARATION OF THE COFFEE SYRUP :
2. Step 2 Reduce the VEDRENNE Sugar Cane Syrup and coffee over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
3. Step 3 PREPARATION OF THE NITRO COFFEE :
4. Step 4 Nitro coffee is made by cold-extracting coffee and infusing it with nitrogen to develop natural creaminess and sweetness. It can also reduce acidity by up to 60% and has very little bitterness. It can be served straight from the tap, but tastes even better with homemade Coffee Syrup.
5. Step 5 Put the Coffee Syrup in a glass, add a few ice cubes and add Nitro coffee from the tap.
