Ingredients

• 45 ml IZARRA Yellow Liqueur - 40%
• 15 ml VEDRENNE Green Apple Liqueur - 18%
• 65 ml apple juice
• 15 ml home made artichoke leaf syrup
• 25 ml verjuice
• white pepper
• dried apple

Method

1. Step 1 Shake all ingredients.
2. Step 2 Double-strain into a rocks glass with ice cubes.
3. Step 3 Decorate.
