IZARRA SOUR

Ingredients

• 60 ml IZARRA Yellow Liqueur - 40%
• 30 ml yellow lemon juice
• 30 ml egg white or aquafaba
• 4 dashes Angostura bitter
• 1 star anise

Method

1. Step 1 Shake all the ingredients together.
2. Step 2 Double strain into a coupe glass with ice.
3. Step 3 Decorate with a star anise.
