Created by Alfred Labounoux in 1885, SALERS gentian liqueur is made from gentian roots grown using sustainable farming practices. After distillation and maceration, the distillate is placed in oak barrels for more than 3 years. SALERS gentian 25% also contains macerated red fruits for added sweetness.

Method
- Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Mix and pour into an old-fashioned glass.
