GIMLET

Ingredients

• 30 ml SALERS Gentiane Liqueur - 25%
• 10 ml VEDRENNE Blackberry Liqueur - 15%
• 20 ml Prickly pear puree
• 10 ml lemon juice
• smoked thyme

Method

1. Step 1 Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
2. Step 2 Shake and double-strain into a coupe glass.
3. Step 3 Garnish with a sprig of smoked thyme.
