Le Marcassin is an original recipe created by VEDRENNE, combining the smoothness of blackcurrant with the strength of grape marc eau-de-vie, inspired by the traditional Burgundian Mêlé’Cass digestif. Our marc is distilled in stills and aged in oak casks. Our blackcurrant liqueur is made from the finest fruit varieties, including Noir de Bourgogne.
