RASPBERRIES ARE BLUE

Ingredients

• 30 ml VEDRENNE Raspberry Eau-de-vie - 40%
• 15 ml gin
• 20 ml VEDRENNE Ginger Liqueur - 25%
• 10 ml VEDRENNE Cane Sugar Syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes VEDRENNE Blue Curacao Liqueur - 25%
• 20 ml lime juice

Method

1. Step 1 Shake all the ingredients.
2. Step 2 Strain over ice into a cocktail glass.
3. Step 3 Garnish with dots of raspberry vinegar.
