MOJITO BASQUE

Ingredients

• 25 ml IZARRA Green Liqueur - 40%
• 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
• 6 mint leaves
• Sparkling water
• Crushed ice
• ½ Lime

Method

1. Step 1 Place the mint in the glass without muddling it.
2. Step 2 Add the lime wedge and sugar, then top with crushed ice.
3. Step 3 Pour in the Izarra, then the sparkling water.
4. Step 4 Stir.
