GREEN ON THE ROCKS

Ingredients

• 50 ml white rum
• 50 ml PAGÈS Verveine du Velay Liqueur - 55%
• 22,5 ml lime juice
• 12,5 ml VEDRENNE Green Mint Syrup
• sparkling water

Method

1. Step 1 Shake all the ingredients. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
2. Step 2 Top with sparkling water.
3. Step 3 Garnish with a smoked sprig of rosemary.
4. Step 4 Garnish with a burnt rosemary.
