Ingredients

• 30 ml BIRLOU Liqueur - 18%
• 10 ml gin
• 80 ml dry cider
• 30 ml tonic water
• fresh thyme

Method

1. Step 1 Build in a large wine glass.
2. Step 2 Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.
