BASIL SMASH

Ingredients

• 60 ml gin
• 30 ml Acquafaba
• 25 ml VEDRENNE Basil Syrup
• 25 ml lime juice
• 1 dash Angostura bitter

Method

1. Step 1 Shake all the ingredients.
2. Step 2 Strain and serve into an ice-filled high ball glass.
3. Step 3 Add some crushed ice.
4. Step 4 Wipe the glass rim with fresh basil leaves before pooring the cocktail.
