Ingredients

• 45 ml Lapsang Souchong-infused Cognac
• 15 ml Le Birlou Liqueur - 18%
• 15 ml Maurin Quina - 16%
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Method

1. Step 1 Infuse a Lapsang Souchong tea bag in 50 cl of Cognac for 2 hours.
2. Step 2 Prepare in a mixing glass, strain, and pour into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
