Ivernel is a well-balanced brut Champagne blend, with Chardonnays bringing freshness and precision, complemented by Pinot Noirs vinified as white wine for structure, and Meuniers that harmoniously round out the blend. Our grapes from different Champagne crus are selected to achieve a crisp fruitiness with finesse.
Bottled at the end of the spring following the harvest. The Champagne is aged in cellars for a minimum of 3 years to develop an aromatic structure rich enough to be enhanced by a precisely chosen Brut dosage, maintaining the balance between freshness and fruitiness without masking the wine’s character and purity.

PalateThis exceptionally pure wine offers creamy liveliness. Along with the aromas on the nose, it also reveals vineyard peach, mirabelle plum, and greengage. Rich and inviting, it is beginning to express mature aromas developed during its long aging on the lees.
