ROSE BITTER DELIGHT

Ingredients

• 30 ml SALERS Gentiane Liqueur - 16%
• 20 ml SALERS Gin - 40%
• 15 ml VEDRENNE Rose Syrup
• 40 ml lychee juice
• egg white
• rose petals

Method

1. Step 1 Shake and strain all the ingredients.
2. Step 2 Pour into a coupette glass.
3. Step 3 Garnish with a rose petal.
