Ingredients

• 5 cl SALERS Gin 70cl - 40%
• 2 cl VEDRENNE Williams Pear Liqueur 70cl - 18%
• 2 cl dry vermouth
• 1 zest lemon

Method

1. Step 1 Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass, then strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Step 2 Garnish with a lemon twist.
