Ingredients

• 45 ml VEDRENNE Passion Fruit Liqueur - 18%
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 1 lemon quarter
• 1 dash orange bitter
• sparkling wine

Method

1. Step 1 Shake all the ingredients.
2. Step 2 Double-strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.
3. Step 3 Add sparkling water.
