After a career as a plant designer, Hervé Gambs discovered the world of French haute parfumerie, which he reinterprets with precision and instinct. This singular creator designs each fragrance as a journey into the heart of the plants he selects for their unique qualities, exploring their rugged edges and the unsuspected subtleties that define them and make them beautiful.
After a year of work with the Distillerie des Terres Rouges team, this perfect alchemy between perfumery and distillation was born. A bottle conceived as an ode to French perfumery of the Belle Époque and Art Nouveau... and an intense gin made with 7 botanicals.

THE ART OF DISTILLATION
Each spirit used to make the gin is distilled separately to preserve the intensity of every botanical. Distillation takes place in small batches, in a water bath, in Charentais stills at the Distillerie des Terres Rouges.
This slow, low-temperature distillation preserves all the delicacy of the aromatics. The distillates are blended using wine alcohol, obtained by distilling wine lees, which lends the product added refinement with its rounded palate.
