What is the International Agricultural Show?
The International Agricultural Show is an annual French event held in Paris in late February and early March. It is a trade and public exhibition dedicated to agriculture, livestock farming and gastronomy.
During the show, thousands of exhibitors come from the 4 corners of France to represent and promote the expertise of their region. Cattle, pig, sheep and poultry farmers, along with other animal breeders, attend to exhibit their animals and showcase their profession. Agricultural demonstrations, conferences and debates are also held.
The International Agricultural Show has become a very popular French tradition, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. It gives producers the opportunity to meet consumers directly, promote their products and communicate the challenges of their profession.
